All Topless Review!
Finally, the Great Blouse Debate was resolved. When it hits over 115 degrees, we can now take our uniform blouse tops off on guard duty. The official temperature is now determined in a very methodical manner by our head medic, who actually sets up a military-issued temperature station that takes three types of temperature measurements (ground temp, 'wet bulb' temp, and one other). He then cross references those and determines what 'heat category' we're in. If we're into Heat Cat 5, the blouses come off.
