Another moving Humvee shot by MacKenzie of one of the business districts. Note the white car, which has its front and rear quarter panels painted orange, signifying it's a taxi. Like the buses, the taxis are all independantly owned. Often, they're not painted orange and white and are nothing more than a family's car with a 'taxi' sign in the window.
