An Idaho Statesman photo taken from the Citadel into the most built-up area of downtown. Across the bridge to the left is the major marketplace. The blue domed building is a mosque, and the tallest building (and the one next to it) is a hotel. We haven't seen the river run any higher than what you see here, although there are some dam projects upstream somewhere.
