If you need spices or oils, there are plenty of stores such as this one, which is located in one of the smaller markets. I've always wanted to be able to dismount and take a lot more photos of these places, which look like they're straight out of a history book or National Geographic. It's the kind of place that with a tight shot and just a little bit of the right light would surely lead to a great shot, just because the subject matter is so interesting and colorful.
