The ESU use regular IP-style trucks like this one. While debate raged back home about how many up-armored Humvees the U.S. Army had here, these guys continued to cruise around in regular pick-up trucks. It's no wonder that the bad guys switched to targeting these guys instead of us as it's just a much 'softer,' certainly easier target than an armored Humvee.
