Here I am during a 16-hour shift at the local Joint Communications Center downtown. The JCC brings together Iraqi police, army, traffic police, civil defense (ambulance and fire), and us in one place to share communications. While there, one of the police officers was nice enough to run out and pick up some dinner for us.
