I have no idea what this sign says but I took a photo anyway. (I'll try to ask a 'terp to let me know what it says.) Some of the most common signs and billboards around town are ones that are, I think, U.S. sponsored. One shows tank tracks leading off into the desert and reminds locals that the U.S. military will leave someday and that the country will become their own. Others remind people how important it is to vote in the upcoming constitutional ratification elections, which is something I believe this sign is about.
