Iraqi cabs, like these outside the 'Baghdad Office for Cooling' are either painted as such or just not painted at all. When they're not painted, they're usually just someone's private car that they use as a taxi. Just a cardboard sign in your windshield (saying 'Taxi', 'Taksi', 'Taxee' or anything close) and you're a cabbie!
