Last but absolutely not least, here's my favorite specialty vehicle in town. Although I don't have any shots of them above, there are also quite a few nice cars around town like BMWs (allegedly selling new for about $6,000 per), Mercedes, and new American SUV's. For weddings, (or at least the ones we witness from our guard towers that occur at the wedding parks nearby, which probably only wealthier people can afford) the bride and groom always arrive in a nice sedan. It's Iraqi tradition to festoon the car with paper flowers and streamers. This couple entered the wedding park across the street in a nice Beamer.
