This is the equivalent of a U.S. corner gas station. They have their jugs of gasoline for sale and are ready with their hole in the ground (on the right) to service a car. But unlike U.S. stations, I somehow doubt though that they also have Dove bars, microwave-able burritos, and lotto scratch cards inside. It's pretty common to see garage 'shanties' by the side of the road like this and of course, as usual, you'll see several all bunched together.
