One of my plates (sans meat) with some Middle Eastern parsley salad, cauliflower drenched in cheese food product substance, and plain old butter noodles (served with swedish meatballs that I turned down). Any night I see some fresh veggies, I'm psyched. This night in particular, some guys were arguing about the parsley salad. One guy insisted that it was 'Supposed to be for friggin' tacos man, where are the friggin' tacos?' Another guy refuted him with, 'Nah, that's supposed to be a garnish, you don't eat that.' I ate it. It was good.
